Rea Completes A Positive One Day Test Session At Motorland Aragon.

Jonathan Rea returned to the track at Motorland Aragon today to complete a one-day official WorldSBK test session with Kawasaki Racing Team.  Despite suffering with symptoms of a cold, Rea completed 42 laps in the near perfect conditions and finished the test with the second fasted time, 0.02 behind team-mate Tom Sykes.

Rea and the team will now head to another test, at the returning WorldSBK circuit of Portimao in Portugal, on 17 and 18 April, before the championship heads to the fourth round at Assen between 28 and 30 April.

Jonathan Rea, stated: "We had a very productive test today evaluating new front suspension settings and some new Pirelli front tyres, that are expected to arrive in the future race weekends. I didn't feel much better today with my sickness but even though we didn't make so many laps, the laps we did do we're all very fast and consistent. I'm looking forward to resting up for a few days before testing resumes in a few weeks in Portimao. I want to thank all my mechanics who after a long weekend, continued to work hard all day."
